	in living
you say every day as an excuse
instead of dealing with what's important in it

You talk about the eggs you just peeled
	and put on your evening sandwich
instead of talking about your palm
earlier today hitting my cheek

Yes, you talk about the eggs you peeled
	and put on your toasted, uninteresting sandwich
which you will eat while forgetting
everything you've ever done wrong

To live in itself is to put in enough effort
	and how others feel because of the living is none of our business
but I want to peel you
peel peel peel
put the shell in the sink and feel that thin
	white film

We never talk anymore
	about living in itself
you talk about your new cell phone
and your new boss at work
but I want to talk about everything else
	that we can't touch
